To alleviate this pain, we automated repetitive tasks and refocused the UI on one task at a time. UX Workstations intuitively organized the UI into a guided, staged process, displaying only the tools needed for each step.

This dramatically reduced UI clutter and emphasized the working area as the primary focus. This "just in time" UI was also highly customizable, adapting to the user’s needs. This streamlined, process-focused UX shortened on-boarding, decreased training time, and significantly increased trial success rates and customer retention.
