As a startup in the cutting-edge field of Volumetric Video streaming, optimizing customer acquisition and retention was crucial for early-stage growth.
However, their on-boarding process was challenging, with highly technical workflows that often led to setup errors due to manual importing. Running, managing, and diagnosing cloud and local computing jobs was difficult, and they lacked a centralized client platform for streaming Volumetric Video content.

Startups live or die by the key development bets they place and the critical decisions they make to grow quickly. UX-FLO was brought in to lead a customer-centric effort to expand Arcturus’s customer base and boost Volumetric Video streaming. We focused on three strategic UX/UI areas:
1) JumpStart — Automated the Import > Process > Export workflow for Volumetric Video with outcome-based presets, eliminating setup errors.
2) Hybrid Network Computing — Centralized UI management of cloud and local cluster job processing.
3) HoloSuite Portal — Designed a platform to distribute, manage, and track analytics of streaming Volumetric Video content.
